1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using HaveKar (havekar.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

2. What HaveKar is

HaveKar is a marketplace that allows travellers to browse, compare, and request rental cars from independent Moroccan agencies. HaveKar is not a rental agency and is not a party to any rental agreement between a traveller and an agency. We facilitate the connection only.

3. Account registration

To submit a booking request, you must create an account with accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Booking requests

A booking request sent through HaveKar is an expression of interest and is not a confirmed rental until the agency accepts and confirms it. HaveKar does not guarantee that an agency will accept your request. All rental terms, pricing, and conditions are set by the agency and communicated directly.

5. User conduct

You agree not to use HaveKar to: post false, misleading, or fraudulent information; submit speculative or bad-faith booking requests; scrape or copy platform data without permission; or violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Reviews

Reviews submitted on HaveKar must be based on genuine rental experiences and must be honest, respectful, and free from offensive language. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our standards without notice.

7. Intellectual property

All content on HaveKar — including design, code, text, and data — is owned by or licensed to HaveKar. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

HaveKar is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from: inaccurate agency listings; booking requests not accepted; vehicle condition or rental disputes between you and an agency; or service interruptions. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Third-party links

HaveKar may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of HaveKar after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "last updated" date above when changes are made.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.

13. Gumroad Payment Terms

  • Currency: Purchases on Gumroad are processed in USD or EUR, not in MAD. The exact currency depends on the product listing. Exchange rates and bank fees are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Valid email address: Always use a valid, accessible email address when purchasing on Gumroad. Your license key and purchase receipt will be sent to that address.
  • Same email recommended: We recommend using the same email address as your HaveKar account to simplify license activation and support.
  • No Gumroad account required: You can complete a purchase on Gumroad without creating a Gumroad account. Guest checkout is supported.
  • One activation only: Each license key is valid for a single activation on HaveKar. Once activated, the key cannot be reused or transferred to another account.
  • Language: The Gumroad interface is in English. HaveKar makes reasonable efforts to provide translated product descriptions, but the purchase process itself is conducted in English.

14. Agent Payment Terms

  • Last resort option: Request an agent only if you are unable to, or do not know how to, pay or activate your subscription through any other available method.
  • Eligible plans only: Agent visits are available for the 6-month and 1-year plans only. For any shorter subscription, please use one of the other payment methods (bank transfer, CashPlus/WafaCash, or Gumroad).
  • No additional fees: The agent will collect only the exact subscription price. HaveKar does not apply any additional fees or commissions for agent-assisted payments.

15. Bank Transfer Terms

  • Receipt quality: Always upload a clear, high-quality, and authentic screenshot, image, or operation receipt showing all transaction details. Blurry or incomplete images will be rejected.
  • Bank name must match: The bank name you select on the HaveKar website must exactly match the one shown on your receipt. Any mismatch will result in the payment being rejected and the amount returned to the source account.
  • Processing time: Validation takes 24–48 hours in most cases, excluding public holidays and weekends.
  • No receipt reuse: Each payment requires a new, unique transaction receipt. Submitting a previously used or duplicate receipt will result in automatic rejection.

16. CashPlus & WafaCash Terms

  • Operation number is mandatory: We immediately reject any receipt that does not include the operation number. Make sure your photo clearly shows the full operation number — no exceptions.
  • Full, clear image required: Always send a complete, high-quality image of the entire receipt so we can verify all information quickly.
  • Agency must match: The CashPlus or WafaCash agency you select on the HaveKar website must exactly match the agency shown on your receipt. Any discrepancy will result in rejection.
  • Processing time: Validation takes 48–72 hours in most cases, excluding public holidays and weekends.
